My Approach

I work with both of you as individuals and as a pair. Your histories, experiences, and differences all influence your current relationship. By bringing these into awareness, therapy opens the way for deeper understanding, intimacy, and respect.

Conflicts are addressed directly—not avoided—so they become opportunities for growth. Together, we develop healthier communication and listening patterns, helping you move toward lasting resolution.
